If you have a dusty Pinterest board overflowing with workout ideas, New Year’s resolutions that are old news before February, and a secret feeling that you are some kind of loser because you can never stick with anything, then you are in the right place. I don’t find working out easy, but I know I need to do it, so I have been chasing down ideas, tips and tricks that will turn me (and you!)  into active, can-do people we can be proud of, instead of people who sit on the couch saying ‘On Monday, I’m gonna…’

Let me help you too as I learn how to get motivated and stay motivated. How to change bad habits. How to make plans and stick with them. How we can grow our confidence and our self discipline. And how to get enough energy to even get started… plus plenty more along the way.

  1. Well, 2015, eh? A while back! I do need some motivation, though – I did find that DL’s platelets got me moving, but they’re ok now so…and orchid walks tend to be very slow! We did do a very hard uphill walk at Corin Dam the other day though, so that was good. Too many other things to do, too. Prioritising exercise seems to be very hard, even though I obviously know how important it is. Some help would certainly be good.
